Qualcore verifies DDR1/DDR2 Combo PHY logic in 65nm/90nm technologies

Sunnyvale, Calif., July 18, 2008- QualCore Logic, a leading provider of digital, mixed-signal and analog intellectual property (IP) for system-on-chip (SoC) designs, today announced that it verified its DDR1/DDR2 combo PHY logic in 65nm/90nm.

QCDDRII_065U is a combo (DDR1/DDR2) designed following DFI DDR standard operating upto 533MHz implemented in 65nm technology. DDR combo IP is verified in both standard and low-leakage process. QCDDRII_09U is a similar combo IP implemented in 90nm technology. Qualcore has developed a test-chip to extensively verify and test the logic with the strong test team at Hyderabad design center.
