Qualcore has proven SSTL IO operating at 1600Mbps for DDR3 in 65nm technology

 

 

 

Sunnyvale, Calif., Sep 09, 2008 – Qualcore logic, a leading Mixed Signal IP and ASIC realization company today added SSTL_15/SSTL_18 combo IO working upto 1600Mbps for DDR2/DDR3 applications.

 

QCSSTL152-065U IP is designed with merged driver architecture for area reduction and high frequency operation. The driver achieves lower PVT sensitivity by flattening its output resistance response, thereby obtaining better output impedance matching. IO is working for 1.5V and 1.8v implemented in 1.0v/2.5v, Logic Mixed Mode SP process in65nm technology.
